no even I cant ping my hsgq stick for setting it up I had to use a media converter , even now when its working I cant ping it .
I created a static route to it as well my router ip is 192.168.1.1 odi is 192.168.2.10 but I cant ping it still

You need to access the hsgq stick webgui / telnet it and set the serial no, mackey, mac address I had to put these things and then it worked.
Now to access it get a media converter or someone here can guide how to do that because I cant Sorry buddy.

I got the SC/ APC cable from ubiquiti india website

Please double click sfp-sfpplus1 and show the interface details.
Please share your TP-Link model number.

media converter is not needed, all you need was apc to upc cable and connect blue connector to SFP and green one to Airtel end.

And configure IP address in Mikrotik, then u can access SFP, ofcourse after connecting fiber cable.

I use exact same config, ODI in RB5009UPr

@anmolbhard004 For me, VLAN is configured in Mikrotik.

you need to configure a IP address on the same range as your ODI stick. For eg, my ODI access is through 192.168.1.1 and i configured 192.168.1.20 in Mikrotik for sfp inteface. Like below,
