Cannot sync network time (NTP) on Win10 on BSNL FTTH

Is it just time synchronization, because I can't do windows update too.

Yes the issue is there. My PC's CMOS battery has died and whenever i am using bsnl ftth it doesn't update the time even after manually selecting. But with alliance broadband in use the pc after boot up automatically synchronises the time.

Netlink ONT, firewall set to low. Google DNS. Try with a different DNS.

@Adithya did you sync the time soon after reboot ont or reconnect to bsnl? I have noticed that the problem doesn't occur in the first few minutes of reboot ont and reconnect to bsnl

ONT's been up for a couple of days now, PC's up for 12 hours. I can still update.

Everything default. Connection direct to ONU via ethernet. CMOS battery dead. Time updates fine, sometimes instantly, sometimes a little later or sometimes have to manually but it works.

@vishalrao does NTP work on phone? Maybe this is a windows issue.

phones usually sync with mobile towers i believe. or maybe not.

It only updates when the device is online. Wifi on/off, flight mode on.

I had old Nokias update time without internet some times. They might be unreliable.

Followed the link, yeah it's NTP on Android, the cell tower thing must be on old phones.
