Change of plan

Give change of tariff plan in writing and get an acknowledgement.
Usually effected on the First of following month.
Make sure if the plan is changed by checking at
BSNL - Broadband Account Management
Have not checked up the difference in the plans.
UL750+ to UL750, less/more telephone calls ? @abhiroop
same as above. But if the speed remains say about 100KB/sec to 200KB/sec
plan is NOT changed


Pls Clear my doubt

Previously i was in 750UL+(Fixed month charges for phone) now i changed to 750UL (no fixed month charges for phone)

In this month i received a bill of Rs. 1500, Rs.750 for UL750 and another Rs.750 for security deposit. But i already paid Rs. 750 for Security deposit. Then why BSNL chages Rs.750 again. I am not new to UL750, i am alraedy in UL750.

with your userId and password , please let us know.

it is for telephone charges STD/ISTD etc , in plan 750+
If you had an old BSNL L/L earlier and made any security deposit , show the old receipt.
check the tariff plan in website Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd.
Note: For Home Plan UL 750 Plus & UL 1350 Plus: Telephone fixed monthly charges per month- Nil, Free Calls- Nil, MCU charges per Pulse @ Rs. 1/- shall be applicable. The calls shall be charged as per pulse rate of BSNl Bfone General Plan. Security Deposit and Installation charges as applicable for Local/STD/ISD shall be taken from new customers

Do you mean that bbservice.bsnl.in is for new dataone users?
