Change of plan

I just want to know when will my plan change since it has been over 2 weeks after i applied to bsnl office for my plan change.

My ip is 59.xx.xx.xx at the moment.

I am getting invalid username & password when i try to login to bbservice.bsnl.in (dont know my 14 digit portal ID)

I hope everything is clear now:thumbsup:

So can you tell me when my plan will change? I applied for Home UL 750 on 29th June.

I have a question though....Does bsnl supply ppl with their 14 digit portal ID bcoz they didnt give me any???

When you change tariff plans your IP 59.xx.xx.xx may or may not change to 117.xx.xx.xx. No idea

Give change of tariff plan in writing and get an acknowledgement.
Usually effected on the First of following month.
Make sure if the plan is changed by checking at
BSNL - Broadband Account Management
Have not checked up the difference in the plans.
UL750+ to UL750, less/more telephone calls ? @abhiroop
same as above. But if the speed remains say about 100KB/sec to 200KB/sec
plan is NOT changed
