What is wrong with cf? Why can't I pay with Indian credit card?

indian cards definitely works. but it is kind of a mess. they get rejected randomly and i have to try others. eventually something does work. but it's a problem if a payment is due and you do not have access to multiple cards to test with.

with 18% gst becoming a thing from october, i would likely move my domains away from cloudflare and get rid of the payment hassles. i mean it's nice to have domains at cloudflare, but they still don't support all tlds so it would be nice to have them again at one place.

Yeh! Tried multiple times with HDFC cc, didn't work. Finally paid with paypal. Secured my domain for 360₹/y (w/o 18% gst)for 5 years. Rates were increased few days back.

Welp, guess it is high time for Cloudflare to move out of Flexential unless they are being provided with the cheapest offerings.

So much for high availability and reliability, in recent years Cloudflare has not been able to keep up with either.

Cloudflare would be charging 18% GST from October 1. Which would likely make their domain registration no longer competitive compared to other international companies that do not have to charge GST for Indian users. Should be nice for their paid plan users who would now be paying 18% more from...

cloudflare is indeed charging 18% gst on domains etc. with this cloudflare is definitely not the cheapest domain registrar around for indian users. find a domain company that is not applying gst for indian payments.
