WARP just change DNS to 1.1.1.1
WARP+ is hybrid VPN thing.

I don't think this is true

1.1.1.1 Mode changes DNS to Cloudflare

WARP is the regular version of WARP+. It does change routing and its a VPN (kinda)

WARP+ is the "premium" version of WARP which is supposed to be faster but its not in @lucifer case

Yeah both WARP and WARP+ are VPN. WARP+ is supposed to give a better routing than WARP. But I am seeing no change in routing, rather a fluctuating and slower speed in the PLUS version.

Can confirm warp is making things slower for me also. I mean it's better than normal connection downloading from nyc, but far slower than the VPN (Nord) I use.
