It's been 12 days since the provider registered and recieved the money for pack for jio fiber but it took them 7-8 days to even lay the line cable, and they're now saying the fiber cable has some flaws, so they need to replace it very now. It should be noted that my neighbor in the same location already has the connection and it is working properly. I don't know why they are not hurrying and doing their work on time.So guys is there any email or any form of complaint receiving sites and number that I can reach for help.
