I called 1504 they told me the change will take place on 1st April, emailed 1504,1500 they told me to check speed at http://202.159.217.199:8080/mtnlPortal123/dsl/tester.jsp. I also emailed gm of bb @ mtnl, i'm yet to get a reply.

I bet if you keep bots at their customer service, they will do a better job then them. They might be offering good rates but their customer service is really really scary. You are in deep shit if something goes wrong with their connection.
