why these results are different to same ip?
are there any issues in this?
also, these are airtel servers in Chennai...i believe it should be between 15 - 20ms

Looks like something wrong with the routing.

Double hops (7th and 8th hop of first img) can happen due to packet loss sometimes. Dynamic routing (used by every ISP) can also result in double hops too (which is likely the case here).

Traceroute uses varying TTL to do check hops. So if route changes suddenly, it can result in double hop like in 1st pic.
