Excitel Broadband Issues

I found out the issue, whenever I connect my devices with my secondary router, anycast stops working so the routing goes to Mumbai whereas it's working on my primary router. Is it related to some port block settings or anything?
 
on secondary router change DNS server IP address and enter the IP address of your primary router in DNS1 and for DNS2 you can use 8.8.8.8, one more thing you can do is assign static IP to your secondary router in wan connection settings and on Excitel router you can add that IP in DMZ
 
Seems like this company is going bankrupt real soon, support timing for calls have been 7 AM to 12 AM now I mean really?

Internet is frequently down since the evening and totally dead since 10:30 PM but these people are dead now.

Will be surely moving to another provider in December when the plan ends.

There was a time when it used to not give me any single issue for years and I used to praise it on my experience, since last few months it has fallen so low that even I started hating these people now.
 
Jio is not in my list, same goes for airtel.

ACT is my number one priority and they have recently launched Gig plan in my city, so Maybe I'll try that or probably move to at least 500 Mbps.
Then Tata Play fiber 200 Mbps plan
I Might also go with GTPL 200 Mbps plan as they're the only ones with truly unlimited FUP free data.

Today in the evening I had gotten a dream (way before this issue started happening) that I was installing TPF at our home. Don't know evening dreams come true or not but I guess that's a sign 😁.

RIP Excitel broadband with me 2019-2025 (you'll be missed for your good services till 2024).
 
Okay so everything's working good now, so apparently their partner (LCO) network fiber had been broken. And because these stupids have removed everything from their online portal except for recharge, I couldn't see their global ticket affecting the whole LCO. Finally it's fixed and everything's working great again. They fixed it around 5:30 AM so yes this company is still alive and good. Hopefully 1 Gbps plan will be launched soon 🤩.

PS. Won't be switching to another ISP if during the rest 45 days of my current plan, it doesn't give me any issues.
 
Again the same issue, this time everything else is working from YouTube to Instagram etc. (peered sites)

Everything's down including DNS, OTT Play etc.
Even speedtest servers except Excitel ones show 3-4 Mbps speeds.

They've messed up bad. MF's are going to lose me this time.
 
Even Vi wifi calling is not working (I keep my phone in airplane mode always and get the calling icon, it has also gone now).
 
For don't know some magical reason after this outage, everything in terms of upload (both AdGuard DNS and my other DNS) is back to normal. I'm getting 300+ Mbps uploads with normal bufferbloat 1 second drop in between 4 seconds. Damn whatever the issue was, seems they have fixed it.
 
This is happening frequently with my connection download speed drops to 4-5 Mbps and after few hours it get resolved I have opened multiple tickets, but they cannot fix the issue and now I am getting high RTT and ping loss to specific server IP address, but they are not able to fix it from 2 months seems like their Network team left the company
