If you are willing to put the time into it; you can get openwrt and setup a warp tunnel in it and just route CDN specific traffic via warp while defaulting to excitel for the rest.
i can do that. but using warp on my desktop does not really improve browsing experience much. it might improve connectivity to these cdns but would slow down the peered networks. if warp improved browsing on my pc, i would not really be bothering with this in any case
that should be doable i suppose. i assume there is no official support of warp on openwrt? so i would have to use the unofficial implementation previously discussed on the forum?
