not down here but slow speed on 25 speed plan getting only 4 to 5
excitel cc supports oh well gone with the procedure but he didn't registered the complaint even after assuring me he is going to so i called LCO and told him i'm facing this issue for 3-4 days now and he sent 2 guys did some check up and found out i'm on den network, from the backend they mistakenly opened the both got the speed but later downtime after that and now back on 20ish speed
but well excited for new operator LCO guys told me they're adding another company and going to offer unlimited internet 50 Mbps for 2k and 100 Mbps for 2.5k
they didn't told me the name jsut this let's see

if this happens i will seriously cry now coz i paid 2100 + taxes for tikona for 4mbps and 512kbps

also old operator which tied up with ANI network what's app me they joined new company too something like i&y and offering 15 Mbps for 920 haven't disclosed more plans yet

nice. i wonder if my cable guy would be open to adding more players in the backend and offer services from multiple players.

I ended up calling my lco as well. he got the problem resolved while excitel guys continued to pretend that i must have changed settings in the router.

well i think we have to face this type of problems every now and then
problem always occurs in this type of services but still better than those tikona and mtnl days those guys don't respond for days and atleast these ones now trying to fix things asap

My LCO has 3-4 ISP's..... Ynetworks, Excitel, Siticable, Prestige(ttk group).... but it seems excitel is VFM....

I came back to Airtel and still on it. If only excitel provide some calling also.
Zero mobile network in house.... landline a must have.
Hopefully vo-wifi can bring some change.

So what are paying for 10mbps unlimited.....

Calling is something different altogether..... lets not mix that....

@ijsa 8-9mbps @ Rs.920 which exclude 99 unlimited calling top up. Only upload speed bite sometimes though overall happy.

I guess you are talking about Rs.799@15GB+ unlimited....... which has FUP.....

Hi Guys,

I am using Excitel for couple of months now and It's performing very well and for me it's the best broadband connection I've ever used at my home. In the past I've used Airtel, MTNL, Reliance out of which I am still using Airtel broadband as a back up.

Excitel is performing well in almost all departments (stability, symmetric speed for download & upload, latency) and best of all it's a "NO FUP" broadband and there is no data cap & no speed cap whatsoever. As I play games online so found this connection best for gaming with lowest ping. Already Consumed More than 1 TB of data in same billing cycle but connection is still working perfectly fine.
