My local lco did not refund me 300 rupees when I paid him 2000 rupees for this month. I guess I would need to pay manually one more time.
 
Online payments system just Launched. Already 500+ payments received since we launched last day and it seems to be working fine now after some initial glitches were discovered and removed.

Online Payment Option not reflecting in mine excitel account . BTW please consider mine suggestion to make it possible to pay via online digital wallet like Paytm, Freecharge or mobikwik because it will be more faster & safer to make payment for users just by one click without entering card details.
If i m not wrong then currently one of digital wallet i.e paytm also giving many benefits to merchants who accept payments using paytm like free instant bank transfer via IMPS ,easy integration process, promotion of merchant & much more.
Hope you will consider mine suggestion to make excitel the no. 1 broadband service provider. I am very thankful to you.
 
I just took an update from our backend team.

The Online payment system is activated to around 98% of users. The once who are with Excitel for less than 45 days are still not able to pay online, but once they reach their second Recharge, they should be getting the option.

We are exploring Paytm integration as well.
