It's a mixed bag, I have consumed way more than that, usually my upload is on the higher side, have pushed close to 750gigs upload in a day to my gdrive. Never got a call or blockade. Although my download is around 1tb/month now a days. Not quite sure how they define/detect commerical usage.

Nah have unlimited drive thanks to my college hence I keep most of my media on that for direct streaming
Edit: i have got into habit of hoarding media now, have so much content that I know even I won't watch but good to have it just cause I can

I don't understand how they calculate commercial usage. I think they should consider 5TB per month as commercial usage based on Vivek Raina's words.

The company should be clear on their Commercial policy, They say we do not have restriction of any kind and in fact restrict people who do huge upload/download in a day.

Users must note all broadband plans are prepaid, exclusive of taxes and can be accessed in the 12 cities where the ISP is available. Excitel Broadband is working towards reaching over 50 cities by the end of 2021.

All other ISPs are also advertising without GST........... and why not...... It is the Govt. that is charging exorbitant taxes and why should any service provider should take onus on the part of Govt.

Hey ,,, i m from noida in gautam budh nagar, sector 45, i have a excitel plan 100mbps 5g with fiber ,,, i purchase this device on this month first 2 to 3 days speed is very good but last 15 days my internet is speed and uploading problem face very hardly ,,,, dont take any exvitel plan i requst you i m very disappoint with excitel and no any customer support except compalint ticket generate ,,, very uselesss customer support ,,, support team is good for complaint requst but no anyone take action their complaint ,,,, i m not happy with excitel and customer support

check speeds on ethernet and not on wifi and contact your local cable operator who installed your connection. dont bother contacting customer care. they are useless
