Excitel Fiber Plan

In our new apartment the guy is selling excitel fiber plans 100,200,300mbps but its not ftth I think he said fiber is till the head, i didn't know what he means, its new multistorey apartment,what could be type if its not pure fiber coming to house, some box at the apartment from that through cat5e,6 cable?

what will be difference between fiber to home and this setup, as this is also similar only thing here is instead of using ethernet cable for router in the house from onu, it is from their onu to my house

I consider it better as there is one less thing to take care of. Provided the onu is at proper secure location with power backup.

yes i a currently living in vikaspuri only but it is on rent so next year will shift so doing all necessary things in advance.it will be 5+ years in vikaspuri after 1 year, till now super satisfied by my lco, in those flats excitel will be managed by railwire guys

I also live in vikaspuri block JG3. Tired of waiting for excitel fiber in my area, my lco just keeps on giving false deadlines since last year.
Does anyone know contact no of regional manager of excitel west delhi for grievance

Ayy same thing here, LCO keeps telling me it'll be done in couple of months. So annoyed. I doubt Excitel cares either tbh, it's all in the hands of THE LCO.

Just had a talk with my lco last week & he again said work will start next month Tbh i have lost all hopes now

well they did have plans to migrate to fiber in all old areas so it has to happen eventually.

@Aditya and @JB701 I'm in the same boat as well. Fed up with the false promises, I've already moved on to JioFiber and would recharge my Excitel connection only when I receive an official message from Excitel.
