Excitel: High Ping to Singapore Servers?

i play rocket league and on certain singapore servers i get 250-300ms ping and on certain servers its normal 30-50ms ping. i complained once and they said that they cant fix it as its out of their reach. didnt bother with it since then.

edit - seems like ajgamer has blocked me for some reason.

No. I've not blocked you at all.

Are you talking about the official Rocket League servers in both the cases?

Because, I am talking about the official servers in my every case and they use single host/data-center for it.

Use a tool like tracert/traceroute or WinMTR to check the path of the network route, WinMTR is pretty good as it shows each hop's packet loss etc as well, useful in debugging where the issue lies (within your ISP or after the ISP has handover to another network peer)

I don't know the IP of the server Game uses.

Wireshark or any other packet capture software will help you with he ip of the game server.

52.148.116.181 was fine ping

52.148.114.149 was having high ping

40.65.169.147 was having high ping

52.139.234.197 was having high ping

52.148.115.226 was having high ping

I was able to take the IP from Wireshark.

All official Microsoft Servers used by Ubisoft.

There is no way I can know if it's happening via. Excitel or Microsoft.

Because, these IPs cannot be pinged.

Tracert pings are good but in-game are bad.

40.119.211.46 Good Ping

52.148.114.162 good ping

52.139.236.164 bad ping

There is no trend between the ip ranges.

I was regularly tracert 40.65.169.147 as it's one of the game's server (official).

Few minutes back it had good tracert ms but then when re-tried it had bad.

Also,

This Excitel IP has huge latency sometimes 103.56.231.1 (It's their gateway I guess in the backend)

i do play six siege and earlier it used to average around 66ms but now its always 100+

Well, I again tried Airtel and ping are super stable. Tested multiple times. It seems like some issue at LCO or Excitel level only.
