Just wanted to know generally if the forum page loads slowly at times. It could be Reliance Broadband at my end. Sometimes the page loads in like 50 seconds. I believe the problem is because of routing issues with Google's ad servers.

opened 13 pages of forum and 3 of them timed out. But refreshing them did the trick anyeyas

i removed it again. their latest bullshit was to replicate the entire forum on their own domain. they said it was to boost seo of our sites. according to the announcement, there is an option to disable this behavior. i could not locate it. their support system does not respond. so i had no option but to uninstall it. still waiting for response to my tickets regarding removal of the forum from their directory.

that is again a forum specific option. if i change it, it changes for the entire forum. there was an add-on. let me check if it still works.

though the links in email and elsewhere might not work because they are usually pointed to specific page numbers which break because of this plugin.

This the second forum in last 2 weeks to remove Tapatalk.

the developers have gone crazy. they are literally taking control over the forums instead of focusing on the stuff that made them popular in the first place. they roll out broken features which make a mess of your forum. last time when i removed them, they were inserting their logo in rich previews of social shares. all shares from inside the app are being redirected from their domain where users are shown a full page ad of tapatalk. plus i can never forgive them for charging USD 10 per month for the ability to disable tapatalk spam signatures from user posts.
