@admin - My personal argument at this point is of public availability, broadcast & usage. And my argument is that the law is THERE and if YOU feel its wrong, feel free to pursue to have it amended. Why are you questioning someone asking it to be followed. And to say Honey Bunny caused rapes is going overboard & I am not in favour of putting him in jail, rather repramanding him & let him go. And stopping public usage of them. If still he wants to sing in his bathroom or someone wants to ask him for a private performance. Nobody can & would try to stop them. But allowing it to be generally available like guns/weeds is kind of endorsing/accepting that behaviour as being norm. And that sets a bad precedent.
i guess. if mtv or channel v is playing vulgar songs. ask them to stop doing so. but targeting an individual for singing that song? that is going too extreme. i do not want to give the government the idea that they should be able to restrict something that a small group of people find offensive. doing so just opens the Pandora's box.
