Get 2mbps Download Speed on MTNL Broadband Freedom 800 Plan

net was down for almost a hour here. Dsl light kept blinking and going away. Got reset in the morning too at 8am no 2MBps.

DSL light was continuously going and coming back, there was no net access. Spoke to MTNL guy, before speaking to him my SNR was 28 and now its gon to 9 after he said " mai check karvaunga. "
Pings are so horrible right now, even though i have got net connectivity back.

yup! wondering now what to do about it. Register complain at 1500 ? Tried those mtnl websites getting database error on all of them when clicking submit. !

yeap, also register IVR complaint at 198 and send an email to the GM with the line stats. They can change the wiring if you pester them enough.

do u remember that MTNL's email id which was posted on forums while back, for downstream and upstream reate synchronizationn usually working all the time
