Hey guys, i was on 599 plan a few days ago, on 30th july, i called 1500 and got my plan changed to 800 freedom, they said that it will be switched on 1 august but on 1st aug, when i log on to register.bol.mtnl.net, it still shows 599 plan, i called 1500 and they said that my plan is already updated to 800, but i got no speed change at 11pm, even today when i check my plan online, it shows 599 only and mtnl people say that my plan is already 800, i am not getting the speed upgraded at 11 pm :( please help me

You have to reset the modem after 11 pm to get the speed upgrade. If you are still not getting the speed, then complaint on 1504

Anyone getting 2mbps today? I restarted at 7:43 am but my speed has gone back to 512 kbps without there being any restarts etc.

I have a script for automatic reboot as well. I am switching the time to 7:50 am to see how it goes.

Just sync your timing with the time it displays on your usage stats place on the mtnl site. It might not necessarily be the actual time in your watch

The time in my MTNL page is 9 minutes ahead of the actual time. Can't change the time in my pogoplug since I use that for other things as well.
Have you synced the time with your MTNL time and then set it at 7:50?
What time does it display in the portal for you compared to this

I have a digital mains timer programmed to reset router everyday at 7:50 am and 9:15 pm... Getting 2 mbps right now and with 98% efficiency for past two years. No probs whatsoever
Where do you get the digital timer? i may shift to this plan from 1 mbps unlimited if this works
I have D-Link 2750u router, is there any script to restart for it?

I have a Belkin modem router connectected to a digital mains timer that basically can be programmed to cut off power at different times throughout the week and yes i have synced the timers time with mtnls time without going through routers internal programming to restart. So basically its mtnl time of 750 am and maybe actual time is 740-42
