.83 Mbps have been getting this since ages why is that strange? Think everyone gets therebouts

Oh thats the reason mine are 2528 and 1024I remember getting after mtnl to change sync rates year back..pursued it for like 15 days and finally got them to change

I requested them for the same many times, but they simply refused saying that in this plan they can set this much rates only.
