Get 2mbps Download Speed on MTNL Broadband Freedom 800 Plan

desperately need mtnl to start a plan between 2mbps and 1mbps unlimited for under 1299.....

Guy something happened today, afternoon i was downloading something and noticed that the speed was lower(but constant) than before. I checked everything running nothing else was using up bandwidth.
I checked on the MTNL login, it mentioned my download and upload speed as 512kbps, whereas before it used to show 540kbps. I used to get download speed of 520kbps with that, but now my download is around 495kbps.
I know that it isnt a big difference but still.
What should i do ?
PS Yet to check the night time speed, ie.2 mbps
