dam. after manual reset by the script at 9.02 pm speeds not going back to 2mbps :

Every morning i wake up & find that speed has been reset to 512k , when it auto resets after 6 hours 9 pm - 3 AM it goes back to 512k , if you reset any time during 9 pm - 8 AM there is no guarantee that you will keep getting 2 mbps , it takes many reset attempts to get it .

For the last week, i am not getting any speed bump even after I reset after 11 pm or when I turn on the machine in the morning at 6 am.
I called up at 1504 and was told that i need to restart my PC also after 11 pm but he had no answer on why it was not bumped when turned on in the morning by 6 am.
Anybody has any idea on what else could be done at my end.. any settings that i can check ?? or the server phone nos where i can call and check ??

^ you have to keep resetting till you get the bump , it sometimes takes 2-3 tries

No use complaining on the grievance portal, they closed the complaint without any increase in data rate
