Get 2mbps Download Speed on MTNL Broadband Freedom 800 Plan

i tried to call up 1500 to check out status. I had done on Saturday.
1st Auntiji told me sir apkai plan reguest ko cancel kar dya hai. ( I was like wtf ) and then she was kind of asking me aisa kya gaya. ( I was again wtf lol ). Finally she was putting the request again and then tells me sir yaha par do request show ho raha hai ek pending ek cancelled then told me its pending :
Spoke to another Auntiji in evening told me Sanchar haat par depend karata hai lol
btw the lady who booked the plan change in the 1st place on Saturday was dam rude to me. She was like kya hai......kya karanaa hai.....literally shouting.

I request for a plan change on 11oct 2013 for freedom 800 combo and its done. I called mtnl cc today and they told me it done. However damn my Broadband went down since 14th oct. I hate MTNL

How did it went down? When they changed my plan they reset my password to my account no , i just had to figure it out on my own that my password had been reset & after i typed in my account no in my modem settings it started working again .

morons shifted me on 1395 plan and telling me sir aapna hei kha tha ismai shift karnai kai leye !
plus 1395 gives 4mbps and my downstream is still is of 2mbps lol

1899 it gives 200 free calls so it will come to 1699. beats restarting the modem so many times and specially during morning hours of 7.43 am :
i am stuck with crappy 512 kbps now lol this 1395 has crappy 25GB limit :

Lol, huge increase in bill with 1899!! Anyways i still think freedom 800 is best plan.

yesterday had put the request again, just now called they are saying koi req nahai hai hamarai paas.
kya yar 24*7 512kbps connection par chipka diya @1395..

now the internet is working. crappy lineman says its your intercom fault. Now waiting for 11pm to see whether my speed is increased or not.
