Getting 2Mbps on 8Mbps Plan

and yes, i forgot to mention, that screenshot shows ADSL2 but i have since changed it to GMDT.

Data rate is the culprit. Talk to someone in the broadband section.

Hi frnds...
Am usin Bsnl's 795 rs. 2mbps unlimited plan .... 2mbps upto 8gb and 512 kbps thereafter .... But my download speed is varying from 100kbps-190kbps ... It's not stable and also according to the plan it should give me 2mb = 2048kb/8 = 250kbps download speed .... But downspeed is nt crossing 210kbps ..... Need help frends ...

Line must be set at 2048k. Hence no room for overhead. Write the complaint using the form in my signature. Ask them to set downstream to 4096k.
