Well I'm sure Tsky has become SHIT ! They debited me with two ghost charges of Rs 350/- in one month. I got 2 HD boxes and 1 SD box, the new HD box's power adapter stopped working and the CC tells me that since its a secondary connection I dont have warranty on it. On arguing she rechecked and said it is under warranty and sent an engineer. The engineer after replacing the adapter with an old one (of a SD box), filled in the service slip and kept the amount column blank for me to sign. Before signing I filled in "NIL" which he said he forgot to fill. And after 2 days I see a service charge of Rs 350 in my account. Well I got both the ghost charges refunded, but beware, they have started to just debit your account on their whim & fancy. Tsky's service has tanked by 50% over the years, I was a dishTV subscriber initially (when Tsky was not even launched), & I shifted to Tsky only for their good services rendered at that point of time. Today they only have good sounding CC reps taking your call, but the field engineer quality has deteriorated to a major extent. Also I've felt, that the field engineer is in so hurry every time a guys visits as if he already missed his flight.
