I can only speak about the service I have used. From what I understand some states in US have additional taxes on online shopping. California is one of them I think. International shipping would involve customs and shipping charges. I do not think there is a way to escape that. Other than someone carrying the product for you.

I have used Bordelinks, but Google does not sell to there concierge. And why are we talking other Services when Amazon(US) is selling it in India and shipping is free?

I got 2 note 2 at home and I specifically bought it because I believe nexus 5 wouldn't be cheap in india not at all for 300 dollars, however if I could get it nearly 20k via forward service, I might opt for it
