I am reconsidering. I do not keep backups and that usually comes back to bite me in the ass. I dont have a backup phone. I dont even have a backup computer. Need to restrategize everything.

Man, you could just switch it off, remove battery and keep it safely in box rather than selling it for just 5000.

are you sure your dozens of apps are available on wp as well like seriesguide etc

I don't think we save 5000. considering the 3.5% currency conversion charge on credit cards. Plus if your indian card is not accepted by Google then you would use entropay where you have additional 3% surcharge Now comes your shipping to India cost.
