Just for the info if I wanna sell my Nexus 4 bought in June how much can I get for it?Wasn't planning to get N5 but now am kinda tempted.

If it's indian version , wait for sometime till diwali offers stops and then sell it. You may get 19k for it.
If it's international version then again, wait till these diwali offers stops and then sell it, will fetch you 17k max. Good luck!

IMHO it is one of the best nexus phone released so far.

Not for an avg user atleast ...
4.4 is also not worth it. Official 4.4 is gonna be there even for low end devices which has minimum 512 MB RAM. (though a different version)

Yup, not worth upgrading from Nexus 4. It's a significant upgrade for GNex users though.

More slimmer
Screen video capture ( is it nexus 5 exclusive or kitkat's? )

Majorly two. The processor & the screen. The remaining you listed are mere. Evn the two i mentioned already there in S4, Z ultra, HTC One etc. The software improvements can be ported to any dual core phone.ATW Nothing exceptional is there to boast it's google's untouched ...
