help me-Big problem

I have home 500 plan(2.5gb).Till now i have used only 1.9gb in day free limit excluding night unlimited.But from today morning when i try to connect it gets connect successfully.but when i try to open some website in ie7 and firefox .it redirects me to bsnl website.It is showing your limit of 150mb have exceeded.But the limit of 150mb is in the plan home150.I m not subscribed to plan 150..please friends solve my problem......Thanks......

i guess bsnl really have screwed u....it may have calculated ur night time usage as well.....call their CC and clarify them the scenario...and hope for the best.....

but i have usedonly 6-9 gb in night unlimited till now......

i had called cc many times today,but they are saying it may be a temporary problem......

thanks dear my problem has been solved, i have installed a fresh window today.after this i m able to browse and download.....

but essbebe till now i m not able to change my password by data.bsnl.in or bbservice.bsnl.in
