BSNL, Kerala, 50 Mbps around 1:40 PM. Look like things are heavily saturated

My work servers are at UK. If I do traceroute with KeralaVision , packets goes via US to UK , causing lag.

Yeah BSNL's transit from Tata appears to be saturated. DigitalOcean Bangalore is showing super high latency right after it leaves BSNL's network. Or maybe its at NIXI? That 218.100.48.141 hop is NIXI

@varkey Nixi Chennai traffic levels are not that high, I have seen this amount of traffic pre-corona virus but only in the peak hours.

@vignesh_venkatesan Yeah overall it doesn't seem high, perhaps BSNL's port at Chennai NIXI is saturated?

Right now only local stuff and Google seems decent on BSNL. I'll launch a VM on GCP and check how it is.

Try forcing some routes to Airtel too? or cloudflare leased transits? if you can (Every youtube 4k video loads fine at 14 MB/sec)....Try downloading some non-popular hopefully non-cached 4K from youtube?

The download speed seems capped not satured (I'm not sure to speak just my 2cents though)

every single test i performed it won't go above 2 mbps
