you know, my portal was showing some entries with negative data transfer in march. Due to this my total DAY TIME usage was wrongly displayed, which i had not noticed. but in last week of march, they corrected the entry and my day time usage was over the limit. I had to pay the amount for crossed limit (thank god it was one or two hundred only).

just now one user who reported a similar problem got his bill & these entries are not there in the bill.he even went to AO with printout before getting bill but AO told him to wait for the bill first as he didn't expected those entries to make it into the final bill & that's what exactly happened.so no need to worry & most probably your bill won't have these entries.

Hi Dear,

pl. try the following steps.

1. go to google and give the following search www.bbservice.bsnl.in.

2. step 2 - click on the link which shows the above website name. automatically u will be required to login with the credentials supplied by
BSNL to you.

ABHILAquote=robertsailo;169790]I have recently (March 2008) got a BSNL Broadband connection Home 500 plan. I tried to check my usage from the bsnl website (Dataone WebMail) but everytime it gave me this error -
Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.
IBM_HTTP_Server/6.1.0.3 Apache/2.0.47 (Unix) PHP/5.2.1 Server at hosting.bsnl.in Port 80

I also cannot login to the dataone.in mail. however can login @bsnl.in.
Iam using Mozilla Firfox as my web browser and have also installed DATAFOX 1.0.1 and tried to monitor my usage but still could not login using DATAFOX after i typed in my username and password. Do i use the same username and password provided to me by BSNL (for my broadband connection) on Datafox too? If so. i did that too but could not login.I also tried logging in using the 'override default domain' option on Datafox for the following urls - 10.240.144.195, 10.240.240.195,10.240.89.199, 10.240.43.216, 10.240.16.195, 10.240.0.195. but all in vain. Cannot open these individual URLs on my browser. it always gives error.
I am a BSNL broadband subscriber from Aizawl, Mizoram. Is it because of that? Or there is something wrong with BSNL?

Can anyone help me solve my problem and suggest solutions on how i can check my broadband usage?
Urgently in need of your HELP.[/quote]

The Dataone site accepts my uername and Password .When I click the service records the page displays a clock with title "hint" and says Operation timed out Relogin for security reasons. This is happening for the last one week.Is the problem experienced by other users?:O

the page must not be refreshed in the suggested time. so it displays such error. please retry :)
