Dear Sir
Yes it is showing the future date and time, we are already aware of this
problem and our Data Network has already asked the vendor to correct the
things. We will not put our customer in trouble. This will be taken care
before billing please.
Thanks & Regards
for DE(NIB), Chennai.

HelloUsually the bbservice page is intermittent, but today I found a new type of problem. When I log in to check usage, it shows usage only upto 19th of this month. It's 22 July today. Earlier, BSNL used to show the latest usage not more than a day old.Can anyone confirm if they are having similar issue? Is this 3 day delayed usage update a permanent feature?
