How to check BSNL Broadband Account Usage?

Recently, in December I am seeing that data.bsnl.in (also bbservice.bsnl.in) not showing all the usage records. Some usage (mostly between 2 AM to 4 AM and others) they are just not mentioning. In the result I am not being able to get actual status of my usage and plan accordingly.
I tried to complain at [email protected] but that mail is bouncing. There phone# 080-25806600 also not working. I am in a fix.
Anyone knows why it is happening and how to solve?
I would also like to know if there is a session wise internet usage counter which will give me a BSNL like detail report of every log-in/ log-off.

When you don't respond to the post/s in the thread,
other members READ it and feel the answer is
given already to you and may not respond.
Para two : you can try a Google search:
Type Bandwidth meters
or
bandwidth usage meters.
Choose which ever program/application
you feel will be to your liking.
As a new member , please go through some old threads,
or even type "Bandwidth meters" in SEARCH Box above.

Appears usage meter is modified , NOT
to show data for free NU plan ( users) between
0200AM and 0800AM.
Not confirmed.Will wait for feedback.
Try the alternate portal.

You should see the Summary given at the top.
( Chargeable units less free NU data).
Para two:
If you use FireFox Browser, addon Datafox
is recommended. You usage will be updated
everytime you log in.( *subject to Bsnl portal
availability)
The results will appear just above Taskbar,
in the status bar.
Para three: Select a Bandwidth meter from the list.
