How to check BSNL Broadband Account Usage?

I use Bsnl HOME 500 plan form March 2009My usage for April was 1906MB (chargable) till 8:12PM on 30th of march Then i again connected from 9:42PM to 11.56PM and the total download was178MB but they didnt included that period for the month for april billedMy usage for Month of May was 2354MB bt they included 178MB of April month and my total download for month of May is 2532MB. So should i hav to pay for the extra 32MB @ RS 0.80/MB. ?Since i have not crossed the limit of April month i should not have to pay for extra 32 MB is this not the Cheating ???

32 MB :rofl: :hysterical: :rofl: :hysterical: :rofl: :hystericallease make think before u post .... u might know that BSNL server the most laziest servers in the world .... they update very lately ....Then i again connected from 9:42PM to 11.56PM and most important thing was when did u logout ... 11.56 PM of u r time or the BSNL server time .... this makes a lot of scene ...

pl give a screenshot of the april usage page from bbportal.
that only wl gv a clear idea on wat u r trying to tell -
also what time u logged out on 30th march et al.

y i say this is, just last nite (10/6) at 9... to 10... pm i was on net.
again from 12.30 to 1.56; 2.01 to 2.03 and then not confident of bsnl server time, logged out and logged again at 2.05 am.
but till this morning 8 am, my usage of 12.30 to 1.56, 2.01 to 2.03 was not shown in the bb portal service records!

I have also experienced "Un-Billed usage for Apr" and charged in May. though even that also it has not crossed 1.5GB usage But, this happens, even if you have free usage limit and you have connected before 1st May 0000hrs and your session continues to 1st May 0030hrs. Means when a session was active for end of month and beginning of month.

yes that was correct ....

see the previous month u will be charged upto 6 or around 6 PM ....

recorded upto 2300 hours.

My ( IP 59.xx.xx.xx)
usage recorded beyond 1800hours. upto 2300 HOURS
