How to file a complaint about spam SMS/Call now?

^^ got the exact same msg. Have placed a complaint on airtels site. Google for airtel dnd complaint.

I don't know about others but airtel definitely accepts online complaints.Anyways as I mentioned earlier, these messages are being sent from outside India, so there is very little airtel can do.

Anyways as I mentioned earlier, these messages are being sent from outside India, so there is very little airtel can do.


1909 is a TRAI Number which is mapped in such a way that whenever one sends sms on this number, one sms is stored in NDNC Registry and simultaneously a copy of this msg to received by the operator.

All action and solution is done by operator, but TRAI too have records of such complaints. So, although Massages are getting routed through African Service Provider do not hesitate to send one sms. After-all its free.

Don't forget SMS need to be sent within 3 days of receiving the Telemarketing SMS.
