How to file a complaint about spam SMS/Call now?

Thx .. Sent 2 complains .. but the format is different .. Does it differ from operator to operator?
There was no number from which the messages came.. just the Title ..

I get spam calls from 0092 pakistan they call and cut the line, I think awaiting a return call. don't fall for that. same with nigerians or some other country.

Just put them on black list! Or may be register those numbers on spammy sites, like another member did some time back.....PS: Sorry, i forgot who did that!

Oh, its till okay....i thought it was about bringing the Numbers appearing in the pesky sms to books. Coz the main culprit behind the "Crime" is the owner of that number.

WTF is this i ported out my number from airtel to tata docomo early december last year....but just now received a msg from AH-SelfCr

Now pay with ease using *121#.
Just dial *121# to recharge instantly and get full talktime on recharge of Rs333/444.

Can i sue AIRTEL for this shit???

I wanna sue them this time because i have asked both TATA and airtel to stop these kind of sms from airtel but i thing they haven't got it in their heads.
