How to get a 4g BSNL SIM?

Guys please help me out. I got a couple of 3g BSNL SIMs. They are both KYC approved under my name, and they are not my primary numbers. I heard BSNL has launched full LTE service across Kerala. Where can I get my current sims swapped to 4g ones?
Should I go to a BSNL office? Or can I get blank bsnl 4g sims from retail stores and do it myself via SMS activation? If via retailers, how much are they charging per sim? My current office hours aren't letting me go to the local BSNL office at a comfortable time thats why.

You should go to a BSNL office for that. I don't think they do through third party retailers. 4G isn't rolled out everywhere either.
