Yes it is fugly. For the taskbar there is no option to fiddle with it's transparency

I am trying to buy Windows 8 Pro through Visa credit card from many days,But everytime i try to buy i am getting a same error message"We Couldnt Process your Order" & below this error message i am getting a message in small letters as "Check your payment info and try again".On Microsoft website i.e. (answers.microsoft.com) many windows users have asked the solution for this problem but the experts have failed to answer the same.any suggestions on how to fix this?

i paid using my mastercard and it worked well. i am sure people here would have paid using visa card too. you can also try paypal. it costs a bit more but should work!
