How to upgrade to Windows 8 for just Rs. 699

i doubt anyone here has access to the retail edition of the windows 8 iso :\ and i do not think the iso matters. it would all depend upon the key. i could be wrong though.

I have done these kind of experiment in win 7 and it's entirely depends upon key.

You should've watched some win 8 tutorials in youtube before upgrading it. Anyway..will get used to it soon.

you do not have to use metro if you do not want to. there are enough alternatives if you want the start menu. and you can always use metro just as a launcher like i am doing right now. i hardly spend 5 minutes in metro on a daily basis.

well. you need to get into metro mode for a lot of things. i hate the sidebar that opens when you click on the network icon for example.

Technically Aero is not removed but the "glass" effect is being removed in 8. without the glass effect the borders look ugly especially the taskbar.
