It makes no sense to drop a player who scored 219 in the last ODI he played. He was clearly rested.

And I thought players are rested in games against weak teams or if series is a foregone conclusion. Oh, wait a minute - Maybe they do feel its a foregone conclusion that they cant beat the Aussies.

India's best match winner in LOC is YUVI.. Without him can we win this Series?. I don't think. Then at least we need Veeru.. MSD don't make funny errors by dropping Veeru

it's funny that we always claim that the player that is not available for the current series is the one that could magically win matches for us. the same player when playing would be cursed for being a liability for the team.
