I do agree parlty but there is lots of difference between tendulkar's century and ponting's century which no one can deny it at all..........
Tendulkar faced great bowlers than ponting.........Think tendulkar scoring a century against australia and pointing scoring a century against india which one is the best..........tendulkar faced great aussie bolwing greats such as: McGrath, Gillespie, Lee, Shane Warne, McDermott, and many more what about ponting

I can say one best year of tendulkar is pending before he hangs up his boot........and i believe he is not far away fromt that too.......

Even if i played and captained the australia they would have won the WC........:thumb:. Its not ponting who won the world cup...........Even if gilchrist captained that side or even for that case some other person captaining that side would Australia wud have won the WC.........
Facing Zaheer Khan, Kumble or Harbajhan and facing Mcgrath, Lee, Shane Warne does have difference my friend..........
. Indian bowlers are good for one day when they tour abroad.....and on remaing days opponent batsmen score runs........

I personally feel that if lara and sachin are rated very high by many its just because the quality of bolwing attack they faced........
ahem. india has the best batting line up on paper since many years now.
