Issues with Tata Sky

Has any one faced such an issue. Kindly, have a look @ this pic where in the menu bar goes down, Can't see the complete down menu with list of programs that are scheduled. Tried pressing the UP, down arrow buttons, Still remains the same. Only solves when i shut down the complete unit and restart it? Does any one know the reason behind such an issue?

yes i have faced such an issue once or may b twice.... I had to restart my STB at that time... But its not happening very frequently.. R u gettin dis frequently??? Im using Tata Sky for 4 years and literally twice i faced dis problem.

yeah, faced rarely with the standard TS box but never with the TS+ box.

yes I have faced this issue before.. its a software error.. just restart the STB ..
