@razpor No for me . Selfcare portal is down since yesterday , till its not available on selfcare you can’t do anything. Only option is to visit nearest exchange to confirm if they are taking mannual applications for plan change in Jammu.
Edit : Selfcare website is working now but still new plans not available on portal.

Called my Vendor, he told me that the 799 Plan is available in my Area but he can't opt it for me.

@Sanchit3412 can you confirm from him if exchange is taking application for new plan change. Because customer care is telling that uploading new plans on selfcare can take time and they have not clarity by when it will be available and only option available is by submitting written application.

i have a feeling these plans moght be available in a few districts only.
its available foe most other ssa by now on selfcare,hope they dont pull a fast one on us.

@razpor That is already known, its only available for Jammu & Srinagar city only (Because both cities have either of airtel or jio available for competition) . Not for other districts

there are 2 ssa in J&k ,srinagar ssa and jammu ssa.So when they say jammu and srinagar ,it will be all districts in the ssa hopefully.
we ll find soon enough.
