@f0r3he4d I hope you know how to check NAND with a multimeter, and if you don't, follow these simple steps to confirm.

Step 1
Keep your multimeter in diode mode, place the Red probe on pin 4 (GND), and test the remaining pins with the Black probe. If your NAND is good, you will see a voltage drop on all those pins, most likely under 1 volt, and if you see an open circuit (0L) or a closed circuit (000), then you are out of luck.

Step 2
Keep your multimeter in diode mode, place the Black probe on pin 8 (VCC), and test the remaining pins with the Red probe. If your NAND is good, you will see a voltage drop on all those pins, most likely over 2 volts, and if you see an open circuit (0L) or a closed circuit (000), then you are out of luck.
