Unless you have a compelling reason to buy an LG phone, Dell XCD35 is a better phone for a similar price.

unofficially, cyanogenmod (Android 2.3.4) is available for Dell Xcd. Someone even ported flash to it. It is the only phone with an armv6 processor with flash working.
