Hi...I am having the same problem...purchased the 3G Sim 3 days ago, but unable to get HSDPA activated ..(((..CC aunties have told me many creative solutions...including sending the activation sms within inverted commas, charging the sim with exact Rs 475 recharge and finally going to the MTNL office and banging my head with the babus there......Can someone take pity on my condition (as described above) and help plsssssssssssssss
