12:00 a.m. TOD(Time of death)12:00 - 12:40 a.m. Mtnl speed status-->Critical conditionSign of things to come, another crappy Sunday.I get the feeling that MTNL has cleverly choosen a SUNDAY so that people cant complain.MTNL exchange will be closed on Sundays & customer care will typically say they cant do anything.Convenient for MTNL isn't it.
the phukin MTNL bullshit has begun again. download spped just dropped from 1.1Mbps to 0.64Mbps and upload dropped from 0.51Mbps to 0.28Mbps. bloody retards. screwed up one more sunday. as always the speednet mumbai server is showing 1.72Mbps dwn and 0.52Mbps up !! utter crapedited:maybe we all shud just tell them to stop this free double speed nonsense and get back to the old stable 1Mbps we used to get.
they have not updated my uploading speed to 512 still.have all u ppl being updated.i am at kandivli exchange.guys from my exchange pls rply with or speed.
ok, so after a day or two of being synced to DS 721 kbps, i disconnected & reconnected just now, & am again synced to DS 2043 kbps. just did the speed test, & FOR NOW, am getting the 2 mbps Funday speed (0.71 mbps acc to speedtest.net)...dont know whether it will be screwed up later in the day, just like last 2 Sundays or (Ghanta) Fundays.one thing that i've noticed all this week is, for most of the time, all these days, i was synced to DS 2043 kbps, & received DL speeds just acc to my plan, the 999 Unltd one (~117 kB/s on torrents), BUT, after 4-5 hours of continuous torrent-downloading, my router would be synced to DS 721 or 651 kbps, & i would then receive just about 65-70 kB/s on torrents :madness: ! this was a regular feature this week, & may be in the last few weeks too (where i hadnt noticed & tracked it, but surely had seen this)......so, the question is --- MTNL covertly indulging in bandwidth-capping ??!
