I rang 12540 yesterday, they said they made the changes and asked me to restart the modem. The speeds were around 4 mbps for 5 minutes and then the net went dead.Logged a complaint today, the technician rang me and said it was probably a line fault. Have not heard back.panzer008 said:@mumbai78

After modem stats, pls post tracerts to usual servers in mumbai..... then UK...... and then US too....... specially (216.52.241.254)..... am getting 287ms here on UL1333
Also since this is ADSL..... I dont think u will run into timeouts here.....
