MTNL Broadband: Backdated usage details

http://register.mtnl.net.in/ site was down for most of yesterday & not accessible today morning either, I wonder if its all deliberate. :wall:

they must be updating details for another few poor soulsyesterday morning and the night of the day before, the site was offline.when it came back online, i saw the back dated enteries added to my usage from the NU periodlooks like they keep it offline,add the entries back into their database and then bring it back online @socratesany update from the numbers that they asked you to contactw.r.t."creative crap feedback" on the email you sent to the help desk with the back dated entries screen dump?????????

whoa!! they added two back dated entries in my account too!! it was not there till yesterday morning and then site was down. they added total 6.5MB data but sessions are not duplicate so atleast they havent added double entries as i was worriedbut only thing now is, we can no more be sure when our unrecorded data be back and can no longer download freely thinking site is not recording anything

@skorpio1 I never rang those numbers as the back dated entries so far (as of yesterday evening) matched those I maintain in my log. So I morally cant crib officially I decided that if their records don't match my log then I will howl loud & clear right to the top as I can produce log records from my side from the time I subscribed to Triband ie: Dec 2005. In fact when the MTNL brass had visited my house to check the modem (I bought my own) they were taken aback when I showed them the records I maintain, plus for more than 3 yrs of Sify broadband & I also mentioned to them that I have a log books of phone calls made for over 30 yrs. Coz customers have won cases in the high court in the past after producing log books recording the calls made (that was in the days of Bombay Telephones) when one had to wait for over 15 - 20 yrs to get a tel connection & be treated like shit by them.BTW the MTNL page is up & running & I see 4 entries added for the 4th June

same problem with me.my plan was changed after 1130 in the morning on 4th Junebut my usage from 0000-0800 on same day(before plan change) has now been added midway through the month.Dont know how to crib officially(or even pay the 5000 bucks extra that will be charged) koi bachao !!!!!!!!!!

the thing is, complaining wont help, because they are correctly adding the records and not adding them randomly at their will.

i called up accounts dept for my exchange code (in jogeshwari) and i explained him and he asked me not to pay bill and then within some 20days i got new corrected bill.

Did you get in touch with the Triband Dept at your Exchange before u called up the Accounts officer in Jogeshwari?
now i got to get this right the first time or else its curtains for my usage for the next few months

yes i called exchange and then they said that i have to contact accounts dept AO, but once i contacted AO i never contacted exchange again, as luckily AO was very cooperative and had patience to listen to me instead of trying to avoid me, which otherwise is the case mostly.

i couldnt access MTNL website for 2-3 days. some time back i had a chance to check my logs. they have added the backdated logs for me too.
